What the service is
Solia On-Demand is a directory and discovery service. It lists testing offered by participating, independent laboratories and sends you to the laboratory's own storefront to order. Solia is not the seller, merchant of record or provider of those tests, and does not perform laboratory testing.
Orders and payment
Any purchase is a transaction between you and the laboratory. The laboratory sets its prices, availability, collection options, refund terms and any additional terms. Prices and details shown here are published by the laboratory and may change; confirm them on the laboratory's storefront before you pay.

Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You may view only your own records.

- scrape, copy or republish the site's content at scale without permission;

Content and intellectual property
Site design and content belong to Solia Direct or its licensors. Laboratory names, logos and test descriptions belong to the respective laboratories and are shown with their permission. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that listings are complete. Laboratories are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and results.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Solia Direct is not liable for the testing, services, results or conduct of participating laboratories, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
