Where your health information lives
Your orders and results are created and held by the participating laboratory. Solia On-Demand retrieves them from the laboratory's record through Solia's secure systems only when you are signed in and your account is linked to that laboratory. We do not create a separate copy of your results on this site.
What you can see
Released results are shown in chronological order exactly as each laboratory reported them, with the source laboratory preserved. We do not reinterpret values, add trends or provide diagnoses. Official report files are not available for download through the site.
Who can see it
Only you, when signed in. Access is limited to the laboratories your account is linked to. If your account is not linked to a laboratory, no records are shown for it.
Use and sharing
We use health information only to display it to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only as needed to provide the service, with your direction, or where the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask to access or delete health information associated with your account, and to withdraw consent where consent applies. Because the laboratory holds the underlying record, some requests must also be made to the laboratory. Rights available to you depend on where you live.
