Collection & coverage

Collection that fits the Program.

Configure laboratory, draw-site, mobile or at-home collection based on the test, laboratory and service area.

  • Laboratory

Collection at a laboratory location for testing accepted by that laboratory.

For Programs using laboratory-based collection; available sites and specimen requirements are confirmed with the laboratory.

  • Draw-site

An approved collection site collects the specimen for laboratory processing.

Integrated draw-site network. Site access depends on the test, receiving laboratory, service area and approved Program.

  • Mobile phlebotomy

A qualified collector travels to an eligible location to collect the specimen.

Integrated mobile phlebotomy network. Collection depends on local partner availability, specimen requirements and approved Program terms.

  • At-home

Eligible self-collection using the laboratory’s instructions and supported specimen workflow.

For tests suitable for self-collection. Kit, return and geographic requirements are confirmed by the laboratory and Program; not every test qualifies.

Serviceability

Coverage is specific to the Program.

Availability depends on the offering, laboratory, specimen, collection method, geography, provider requirements and partner availability within the approved Program.

Published regions are discovery facts, not a guarantee that every method is available at every location.

Check collection availability

ZIP-level availability is not available on this site yet. Confirm the intended service area and collection methods during Program setup.

Browse supplier-published regions and methods in the testing catalog; final coverage requires Program approval.
